Taylor's 4th of July dress
This adorable prissy patriotic dress is for a dear friend of mine's little princess, Miss Taylor! This is the same princess that I made the ice cream cone birthday outfit for....and doesn't she look pretty in her patriotic dress! Happy 4th Miss T!!
